What is so special about Bangalore apart from being called as the IT-hub city of India. From the last decades or so, the IT worm has been proliferating into every nook and corner of it. And all the conditions seems so ideal for its growth. A more so pleasant weather through out the year. The weather is definitely the odd characteristics of it separating from other contemporary cities. My summers were never so pleasant like these before, after spending some 4 years in Hyderabad and given the scorching heat that prevails in northern plain during summers. Ever heard the term “office-rain”. It was coined in Bangalore only and I guess relevant here only. You head out for office in morning in an apparently clear sky morning. And as you hurry for home in evening, the rain god wishes to wet you after all the toils you supposedly did in office. It rains haphazardly, starting with a little drizzling and so soon accelerate to the heavy shower and keep on switching the momentum in between. You don’t really complain – oh, not again!. When the rain take a little treacherous break, you will feel to go out of your cubicle world and have a coffee or tea, and take a stroll in your IT park lawn. Its a lovely sight in all respect. But just tolerate the ordeal you have to go through traffic clogged roads before reaching home. Rest you will always behold this Bangalore beauty.A local friend of mine who is in Bangalore since birth, told me that Bangalore was like a hill station years back. All this IT explosion has brought ‘local warming’ in here and year by year the characteristic weather is loosing its charm.
